A lack of sleep can negatively affect many areas of your life.
Well this is a true question, if u don't get the sleep u need, I will be exhausted at a meeting or a visit from a friend, its better to get the sleep for better results for ur energy the next day,: yes a lack of sleep can affect a person. Hoped this helps
