Explain The term ecological succession?
Ecological succession refers to the process of an ecosystem undergoing change over a period of time. This period can range from decades to millions of years. Because ecosystems are so close-knit, a change in one variable, such as the eating habits of a bug, can affect the entire ecosystem.
