How to lose 10 lbs in one week
The normal person loses 2000 calories doing daily activities and normal routine and consumes 2000 calories a day. So with that your weight is the same. To lose weight, try to only eat 1200 calories. Reminder: don't starve yourself. It won't do anything. Because soon enough UR gonna eat and gain the same amount back. And you are going to have to exercise a lot. Eat healthy and drink lots of water. Hope I helped
