    I have developed knee pain from running every day, so after I rest I'm going to try a new workout for the next few weeks. This statement refers to which of the SPORT training principles? A) Specificity B) Tedium C) Overload D) Progression

    It's C: Overload, because you are straining a certain part of your body that doesnt need that amount of stress until you get more frequent with it
