    List three different physical activities. Next, explain different health related benefits from each of the activities.

    Physical activity is defined as any body exertion or movement involving skeletal muscles and demands more energy than when in a state of rest. Three kinds of physical activities and constituent health benefits are: 1. Walking-improves blood circulation-strengthens muscles-improves sleep — slows mental decline 2. Jogging- increases lung capacity- reduces the risk of high blood pressure-improves muscle tone 3. Dancing — improves balance of the body-boosts health of the heart- helps to lose weight in a fun wayThe above are just a tip of the iceberg. Regular physical activity is absolutely key to healthy living.
