    Nick added five yards to the maximum distance that he can throw a football. Which component has he most likely added to his training regimen? A.) running every day B.) stretching before his run C.) weight lifting twice a week D.) warming up before weight lifting

    Nick added five yards to the maximum distance that he can throw a football. I believe he added warming up before weight lifting because this would make him more fit for the football.
