    Nicole is putting together a new workout program. She does a large amount of research to determine how often she should exercise, how hard she should work out, how long each workout should last, and how many different exercises or activities she should complete. On which principle did Nicole base her program? FITT specificity intensity progression

    I believe the answer is b because she did a large amount of research on specific things she should do
