What helps you best when you're stressed out…

    What helps you best when you're stressed out before exams? Im trying to find few mindfulness practices that I can do… but anything else that works would be appreciated…

    I've found that exercise and deep breathing always help to relieve anxiety of any kind. Also remember that the world will not end if you do badly on a test. Just keep trying.
