What is a potential psychological outcome of regularly playing sports?
Regularly playing sports that are either team sports like basketball and baseball or solitary sports like tennis or squash has multiple possible mental health benefits. Regularly playing a sport can lead to improved self-esteem because you become better at a sport through improving your skills in a particular field. This makes you feel better about yourself and gives you another thing to be proud of.
