    What is one of the most important rules to remember about healthy eating? A. Eat only low-fat, low-salt foods while training.b. eat 10 or more servings of fruit or vegetables daily.c. eat a variety of foods, with moderation in everything.d. eliminate snack foods and chocolate.

    All of them are important rules but i would say D because chocolate is fattening and has lots of sugars and eating snack foods is not healthy either.
