What part of the body is damaged by a sprain?

    What part of the body is damaged by a sprain? Ligament bone muscle tendon

    A ligament is damaged. Ligaments connect muscle to other muscles. Lets say you rolled your ankle. That would put the connective tissue that connects the bones in your foot and ankle under stress wouldnt it? Pulling or over-stressing ligaments in your body is classified as a sprain.
