    What two things should you consider when you determine the intensity of your workout? A) Your available time and interest B) Your strength level and eating habits C) The activity and your fitness level D) The location and your starting time

    C~because you want to have a good activity for your body that is not to stressfull or over your strength. You fitness level is important because you dont want to lift like 50Lbs when your body an only handle 30Lbs.
