    When you looked into the ocular, you cannot see anything, except for black or dim view. What could be the problem and how will you solve this issue?

    Maybe it is the problem of objective lens. For example, the objective lens does not put in the right position. So the first thing is to exam the objective lens. Second, you can check the sample position, to see whether it is in the scope of the objective lens.
