Which of the following strategies is NOT a healthy way of coping with stress?
I will assume that the strategies are, as elsewhere: managing time, learning how to cope, ignoring stress signals and learning how to relax. Among those the "bad" strategy is ignoring stress signals: they can't really successfully be ignored, they will instead only pile up and make things worse.
