    Which one of the following choices can be added to increase the "creaminess" and nutritional value of soups without adding fat? A. Creamed corn b. Pureed root vegetables c. Cornstarch d. Nonfat milk

    You have to pureed root the vegetables so the right answer is B. Hope this help you out good luck
