Why should you include weight training as part of your exercise routine?
Weight training has many beneficial effects on body composition. It increases muscle mass which increases your metabolism, which makes you burn more calories during a day while doing nothing. Moreover, there are several documented and known health benefits such as increased mental performance a few hours after weight training, improved cardiovascular functioning, etc. Weight training is an excellent was of exercising.
